Try the local agencies. You might be lucky but I believe you will find that you are on your own. You are going to have to create your own opportunities. Turn to the net. This is the reason I run this site. I run an informal online workshop where we show people how to develop their internet skills and put the net to work. It's free. It's easy. The only problem is that you have to have the patience of a fisherman. The economy in Knysna is in free fall and I don’t believe its any different anywhere along the Garden Route.
